I had my 15 year old sofa cleaned for the first time. The technician was very nice and explained everything to me before he started. He seemed pretty efficient and was finished in about 40 minutes.
I do believe the service was a bit pricey ($137 plus waste water disposal fee of $15) considering I could have gotten three rooms of carpet cleaned for only $99.
Sofa looks pretty good except for some continuing dark areas in the center of the seat cushions.

Had a service done on 09-03-19 by Your Technician "Owen" and he did Fantastic job on the carpets that were really dirty and stain, they look like new. I will have the kitchen tile floor and bathroom done in December and I'm requesting that he returns for that job. He needs to have some business cards.
