The carpet doesn’t feel stiff afterward. The gentleman who came was very pleasant. He didn’t push us to spend more than we wanted. I am disappointed that more of the stains didn’t come up but he said the dyes in pet food set in and are very hard to get out. We stopped giving our cat any food with the red or orange dyes in it, awhile ago and hopefully it will keep any additional staining to a minimum.
Our time frame was 10 - 1 and he was there by 10:30.

Excellent service and product. I have an elderly cat who has accidents on the carpet. Zerorez came, pre-treated, cleaned and put a protectant on my carpet. It’s so clean and absolutely no smell. I highly recommend for anyone who has animals and carpet!

Zerorez did the most amazing job on our carpets! Ameel did a walk through with us through the whole house prior to cleaning and was so knowledgable! We had so many questions about staining in high traffic areas and pet stains (we have three large dogs) and Ameel answered them all with patience and care for our home. When he finished our cleaning, our carpets looked brand new! The staining we were most worried about was completely cleaned and some of the stains were a few years old!

Technician did a great job on some really difficult stains. Carpet looks new again.
