I have used Zerorez a couple of times and on both occasions I have been extremely impressed and pleased with the service and the quality of work. Just moved into a new home that had some five-year-old carpet. Once it was cleaned it almost look brand new.

I have been using zerorez for many years and normally get my carpets cleaned twice a year but gentleman (Tevin) came Friday to my house & I tell you my floors (3 bedrooms, stairs) have never looked so good! He very professional & did a most outstanding job & wasl quick, just perfect...my floors have never look better than they did the first day I came to my home which was 13 years ago, my floors were dry within 2 hours that's never happened I would never use any one or company.

Did a great job! Technician was extremely dedicated and clearly knew what he needed to do to address our situation (dogs). He followed through on everything and was very polite and professional.
