Employee arrived earlier than expected (after calling me). He asked me to explain exactly what I was expecting to have done before starting. He explained all my options and was very helpful. I had 3 rooms (all bedrooms) of carpet cleaned. I wanted an area rug cleaned but was concerned about the dampness getting to my newly refinished hardwood floors. After his review, he advised the area rug was wool and would take a very long time to dry due to thickness. I agreed to let him take the wool rug back to the store location to be cleaned at the shop & to be delivered when dry. All went well!

It just works

We especially like that the rugs are not soaking wet when, they leave the house, they are barely touchable damp, and, therefore, not a problem to walk on by humans or pets. We thought they were very efficient, and, also, cleaned up after themselves, and, the price was about right for the work we had done.

They are prompt, professional, do a quality job and are priced right.
