I like that the Zerorez associate seemed to take his time and do a thorough job cleaning the carpets and upholstery. He was very friendly and personable with us and accommodating to our cats. I also like that it's a more "natural" way of cleaning carpets. I wish there was a way to make sure we were getting the best deal possible price-wise. The associate said that going directly through him would yield better pricing and I didn't like the idea that perhaps we paid more than we needed to.

The gentleman that came to our house was extremely nice. He explained everything he was going to do. The products he used worked really well. He took his time and did a fantastic job.

The pre treat product smells really nice. The gentleman that came to clean my rug was very careful to identify what kind of fiber the rugs was made out of. He did a great job cleaning this rug. The area rug was almost dry when he left.
