Very positive experience. I was given a 30 minute courtesy call from the technician that he was on his way. This was very much appreciated and thoughtful. Freddy Cruz was the technician. He was outstanding. Extremely courteous & respectful of our home. Freddy did an amazing cleaning on our carpets. This was our first experience w/ Zerorez. I was VERY impressed with the cleaning and very pleased with the dry time! We will use again!

They have been to our home twice now and each time has been more amazing than the last time. We have a few dogs and it was almost to the point of having to replace the carpets but Zerorez has done such a fantastic job that our carpets look mostly brand new.

Technician was punctual with the time I had scheduled and offer products to help with the up keep of my carpet. Your products do not leave residue behind, which attrack dirt and embed into the fibers of the carpet, and my carpet looks cleaner and dries faster than any other carpet cleaners that I have tried in the past.
