The technician that was sent out did a great job. I had a question about the Sq. ft. amount before he started and I felt like he went above and beyond to solve the question.

Spots and stains were analyzed prior to cleaning and addictives to the cleaning process removed them all.

Quality of the technicians are outstanding. They always do a great job on our carpets, especially as we have had a lot of pet stains.

The work done by Joel was done in a professional manner. We conducted a walk-through of the areas to be serviced. He explained what the process would entail and then went about cleaning the carpet to the best of his ability. Joel took special care in soiled areas to ensure the best outcome for the carpet and me, the customer. Very pleased with the service and results.

It was efficient, no mess, and apart from the issue of we having to move the furniture, it was comforting to know that what was left in the room, nothing would be harmed.

The technician patiently explained and demonstrated this. He was punctual and helpful.
And although what appeared to be a cool-aid stain, which couldn’t totally be removed, the stain has been diminished as much as it can be.

Courtesy call for update on arrival time was made. That is always appreciated. The ladies that made my appointment were very pleasant and worked with me on accommodating times. Followed up the day before.
