I asked what was different about Zerorez from other carpet cleaners. Derrick walked me through the entire process. My carpets now look and feel like they did when I moved in two years ago. My entire apartment smells clean and fresh. Whole process took only about an hour. I had him spray the protectant on the carpet. I am anxious to see how it works. Overall, it wad a very good experience.

We liked our service person very much and appreciated him coming back to fix a problem we had. We have recommended Zerorez to our friends. One thing that keeps older people from using your service is that you don't move furniture. It took us three days to move our furniture so that our service person could do a good job. Three days to move it back.

Chris N was so friendly, so thorough and made sure the carpets looked and cleaned perfectly. He treated the carpets like it was his own home. I have a toddler who loves to roll around on the carpets and slide down the stairs. Chris showed me the stains we had with the black light, how much hair and dirt is actually in the carpets after thinking I vacuumed well enough but I was wrong! I do have recommendations - make information available to potential customers about the process used to pre-treat the carpet and the drying time needed after it has been cleaned. Also, about vacuuming the carpet when it has dried. Customers should be told this when they call in to potentially book service. Or, they could be directed to a company website for that information.

My technician was punctual, professional and diligent. He explained the services provided and products used. It is a true pleasure to work with knowledgeable people who are vested in the quality of work they are providing.

Hi, I would definitely rate the technician that cleaned our carpets a 10/10! He was polite, competent, and efficient. He's dedicated to quality and and to customer relations. We challenged him with an area that once had a child's hopscotch rug on top of the carpet. When we removed it months ago, it literally had to be peeled off. It left a nasty rough glue-stricken footprint that we couldn't do anything with. This gentleman cleaned it to the point that you couldn't hardly tell anything was there. Thanks to him, I've received a plethora of valentine points from my wife. Job well done.
