It’s the only carpet cleaning service that lasts long term. Most of them look good for two or three days and then they go back to looking kind of grungy. And the work you do on interior upholstery is phenomenal!

We had requested Joel for the second time since we could not have been more pleased with his work the first time he came to clean the carpet at our house. Joel does an exceptional job. He shows up on time and works diligently until work is completed and explains thoroughly what he is doing and how the carpet is cleaned.

The person who scheduled my appointment for me was warm and funny and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to her. I hate that I can't remember her name! And our carpet cleaning tech was outstanding.

Our employee was great. He was very clear and in depth with instructions on all he was going to do which was helpful to me. Usually I get a run on explanation of everything in a rush but he was very clear and took his time to make sure I got it. Carpet looked great when he was finished too.

In so many ways your Zerorez employees were absolutely wonderful. The time that Zerorez has invested in choosing and training these two employees was clearly evident throughout. The employees were personable and patient with any questions. They were helpful in giving advice. One employee was extremely knowledgeable on the structure of houses. He went above his job duties to check the source of the water damage he saw on my wall. What a valuable employee Zeorez has.

I am totally satisfied with my clean carpet. Zerorez are reasonable and my technician (Quame) is very professional. He impressed me on my initial carpet cleaning, so with my second carpet cleaning I personally requested Quame. I like the fact that it doesn’t take my carpet long to dry.

Raymond was absolutely fantastic. I could not believe how dirty my carpets really were. He walked me through every step as he performed them. He put little booties on to keep my house clean and did not leave any messes. He let me move furniture as he went along.
Afterwards he explained what to expect in the coming days and it's all exactly how he described it. If I do zerorez again (which I will :) ) I will request Raymond.
