The service was very thorough and professional and on time. He can in and evaluate the condition of my carpets before doing any work. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. What I like most was the ability to remove pet odors and stains. Also, I was not left with soaking wet carpet so it drys fast. I will continue to use Zerorez in the future.
