Carpets look great. No chemical smell and they carpets were dry almost immediately.
I love the results, but I am not happy with the price. The carpet is light in color and shows all the dirt. When you have your carpet cleaned, no one says the price is measured on the amount of dirt. You say its 247.00 and I was charged 412.00
Roger is an exceptionally talented and knowledgeable technician. He thoroughly explained everything in detail in advance of proceeding through the steps of cleaning and quickly answered all questions. Our carpet looked sensational after he finished, and the price was very reasonable - especially with regard to the customer-focused service provided by Roger. In addition, the office staff used multiple means of communication to provide information about services available and appointments.
Joel was wonderful and his costumer service far exceeded our expectations. He got every single stain up that we needed up and did everything that we asked with a smile! We will be using and promoting zerorez and requestions Joel! We are beyond satisfied!
