Spots and stains were analyzed prior to cleaning and addictives to the cleaning process removed them all.
Quality of the technicians are outstanding. They always do a great job on our carpets, especially as we have had a lot of pet stains.
The work done by Joel was done in a professional manner. We conducted a walk-through of the areas to be serviced. He explained what the process would entail and then went about cleaning the carpet to the best of his ability.
