was very knowledgeable and efficient and did an excellent job.

It was easy to make the appointment, follow up call to advise of time frame was helpful, cleaner called prior to arrival to advise he would be here in about 20 minutes - and he was!

Joel went over everything, checked the carpet to be cleaned and went about the task. He was informative, efficient and friendly. He had it completed in a little over 1 hour.

The carpets look and smell great. The carpet is over 20 years old but looks almost new now!

Joel came and cleaned my office carpet and did a fantastic job. The carpet looks new and smells good. My giant 230 pound dog had urinated the entire room in a frenzy when guns were being shot. He also put a scotchgard type of protectorant on it to prevent spills from going into the carpet. I was able to see what a good job that did when I overwatered my plant the very next day and it did not go into the carpet. It sat on top of the carpet! I was able to wipe it up with no spot.
