I was please that the cleaners arrived when they said they would. I was disappointed that I was not told of their arrival within the 48 hour time span that I was told I would be notified. I had to call that morning to get the information.

I think the carpet cleaning looks great. I was not told of the additional cost of the Scotchguard treatment. I was expecting to pay a little over $100 for the services of three rooms cleaned, and my total bill was $194. That is quite a difference!

Joey who was the associate who was assigned for the task was fantastic at his work. He explained very carefully about what ht was going to do and took pride in his work. We've had our house professionally steam cleaned for the 4th time now and this is by far the best service we've received. He was not in a hurry to finish his work at the earliest. After finishing the work, he made sure we were satisfied with his service. He waited patiently while i made the round to check all the cleaned areas. A+++ service. Raymond, was great he had great customer service and very good at explaining everything about what and how he would clean carpet for my townhouse. He really worked hard on a few spots that had old paint spots and seemed very thorough. My carpets look great I am glad I tried your service already recommended it to a friend.
