I love the fresh smell of the cleaner. The price was much cheaper than we normally pay to another cleaning service. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future.
My carpet feels cleaner and I know the pet enzyme treatment has neutralized the odor and bacteria. Amazed how the agitator gets the pet hair and dust from deeper in the fibers that my vacuum doesn't get. I know there are certain stains that just can't be removed due to discoloration but they are lighter and bacteria-free. The carpet is not as saturated at other companies and dries within a few hours.
Roger was great and made a special effort to survey the scope of the challenge and to explain how everything works before beginning!
