I liked the representatives attitude, their diligence in getting the job done. The do good work. My only caveat is that I did not realize that I had to pay 2 different pet neutralizer fees, so the bill was more than I anticipated. But so far the pet stains are gone!
The service man was most respectful and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. There was minimal odor for only a few hours. I will call Zerorez for my next carpet cleaning.
