The person who I talked to when I scheduled the appointment was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The young man who cleaned the carpet was great as well. He did a great job on the carpet. I love the fresh smell of the cleaner. The price was much cheaper than we normally pay to another cleaning service. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

My carpet feels cleaner and I know the pet enzyme treatment has neutralized the odor and bacteria. Amazed how the agitator gets the pet hair and dust from deeper in the fibers that my vacuum doesn't get. I know there are certain stains that just can't be removed due to discoloration but they are lighter and bacteria-free. The carpet is not as saturated at other companies and dries within a few hours.

Roger was great and made a special effort to survey the scope of the challenge and to explain how everything works before beginning!

Both technicians, Derrek and Kuame, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!

Ray who cleaned the carpets was very professional.he explained what he was doing as he did it. He asked us if we wanted the high traffic area treated and we said sure. I'm so glad he did that, the carpet was gross. We are renting and the landlord had the carpet cleaned when we moved in. After about six months we called another company..needless to say the job they did was useless. I had read reviews about Zerorez so I decided to call them. I was ecstatic when Ray was finished..it almost looked like new carpet. I believe this is the original carpet. Loved how Ray was very professional yet caring too. My kids saw the carpet before and after. They were amazed! I would highly recommend your company anytime to anyone! You have m vote!
