Out technician was very professional and accommodating. He did a great job. I actually canceled after a phone call from your salesman who was trying to nickel and dime me with additional charges to the point where I just canceled the request. However, I have used ZeroRez for many many years so I rescheduled and just didn't answer the phone confirmation and confirmed with a text.

The best experience! Scheduling was a breeze, even with having to reschedule the original appointment. John, the technician called prior to coming out and was polite, knowledgeable and quick. My carpets looked amazing! Clean, bright, and stain free! The cost was reasonable and I wasn't subjected to any unnecessary up-selling. Even my husband was pleased...and he owned and operated a carpet cleaning business in the past and is almost never satisfied! Top notch! I know who to call from now on! :)

I was able to get someone to the house in just a couple of days. Andrew was here when he said he would be and really took the time to clean. It was definitely not a rush job. The carpets look great!

No soap is good. Drys fast. Technician courteous and professional .
Suggest cover for shoes , but then they would get wet from the spray
