This particular time I used Zerorez I was not completely satisfied with my tile cleaning, but they stood behind their work and sent a different person back to do it over at no charge and he did a great job. Two totally different services of cleaning.

I like that scheduling was easy and convenient and that we were contacted by the technician before arrival. The carpet was noticeably cleaner so we were pleased with the results. The worker was prompt, pleasant, polite and thorough. However, I was disappointed that a small bedroom with very little floor space due to a queen sized bed, dresser and desk... counted as a full room.

Zerorez did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets and sectional, they were able to remove all the stains from the previous owners. Definitely would recommend them to anyway looking to get great service.
