We were thrilled with the results of our carpets when, Adrian Ingram-Perry, of Zerorez cleaned them on Tuesday. He was professional and told us what we could expect at each step. Scheduling was easy and we were informed when he was 15 minutes out. He walked through our home and made recommendations. We never felt pressured at any point with add ons. I happen to win a generous contest from Zerorez last month. Cancer patients had to be nominated and i won ♥️! They came and cleaned my whole upstairs and stairway for FREE! It’s so nice to have clean carpets and it smelling cleaner and fresher upstairs. They were totally accommodating when i had to reschedule and the tech that came to my appt was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable and did an incredible job! Thank you so much Zerorez for making me a happy gal!

Jamie did a thorough job. Plus, he explained the process and any chemicals' used to clean. Plus, he took extra time to bring my three carpets that were in another techs van. This put his and my time behind schedule.
I have been using Zerorez for carpet cleaning for years and just started using their upholstery cleaning and it's working out great! I always like the technicians and the price. Zerorez cannot be beat! Leaves my house smelling clean, dries quickly and the pet odor treatments and carpet protectant have been very effective as well.

Seamless appointment set up. I called back with questions that were answered. They arrived within the window of time provided. Were thorough in description of what they were going to do and how. Tech who serviced my home was friendly and very professional. Job well done. It also helped that Zerorez had a 1/2 off coupon for my sofa and chairs. Zerorez came to me as a recommendation and I will recommend and use again.
