Join was awesome. He was very professional, courteous, conscientious. He did a super job on our carpet and brought my lenolium back to it's original color! The 16 year-old carpet in our study looks almost new! We are very pleased with the results. We will be calling Zerorez the next time our carpets need cleaning.
