John, the tech, was wonderful. He was very nice and professional. Was concerned our couch would not turn out good due to color issue, but it turned out great. Will definitely have Zerorez come out again and do rest of carpet.

Ray was very professional and he did an amazing job cleaning and deorderizing my carpet. I love the process he used prior to cleaning my carpet with the solution, which removed the more deeply imbedded debris. My carpet was nearly dry by the time he finished the last room because of the powerful fans he used. I intentionally waited about a week to be sure each of the rooms looked as good on day 7 as it did the first day. I am still very pleased with the outcome.

The person who came to clean the carpet was very nice and we are very happy with the results. He explains cleaning in details 😂, I think all your reps need to be like him.
I got this as a gift for my mother for Christmas, and she was very impressed with both the service, the knowledge of carpets, cleaning supplies, pet stains and most of all the customer service and kindness.
Floors look great and the representative was very knowledgeable and very professional. He went on to explain different stains on the carpet and different types of treatments that you all offer. Will recommend you to everyone..
