I have been using Zerorez for carpet cleaning for years and just started using their upholstery cleaning and it's working out great! I always like the technicians and the price. Zerorez cannot be beat! Leaves my house smelling clean, dries quickly and the pet odor treatments and carpet protectant have been very effective as well.

Seamless appointment set up. I called back with questions that were answered. They arrived within the window of time provided. Were thorough in description of what they were going to do and how. Tech who serviced my home was friendly and very professional. Job well done. It also helped that Zerorez had a 1/2 off coupon for my sofa and chairs. Zerorez came to me as a recommendation and I will recommend and use again.

I think your products did a nice job on our carpets. Your rep was pleasant and professional. The only negative would be the time estimate for the carpets to dry. It took about 24 hours for the carpets to dry, but that was just a minor inconvenience.

Great technician, great products. You guys make my carpets look better than anyone else, and they stay that way because of the products you use. And the technician was wonderful, did a great job and even gave me a deal on a fiber protectant and cleaning my area rug.
