The gentleman( they told me their names but I am hard of hearing and not sure I would get them right to mention ) that came to my home were so polite and professional. They walked me through everthing they were doing and what would work best for me and my carpet to keep my family healthy.
Though it is embarrassing. I am thankful you had the black light to show the bacteria stains that I wasn't even aware of!
I am excited to have the protective coating too to make my clean carpet last a long time.😊

He was very helpful in tips to help keep the carpets in good condition as well as an overall very pleasant person to have a conversation with. The prices set by zerorez seem to be a bit high.

Our carpet is only a year old, but someone tracked in dirt/mud on their shoes...Zerorez returned it to look new again. Technicians were friendly and very quick in cleaning 3 areas. I will use them again.
