Friendly and helpful all the way through! Easy to initiate an appointment. The customer service rep answered all my questions- and there were a lot! Got a courtesy call 30 minutes before my appointment since there was a time range which the appointment fell nicely in! The service tech Elvin was super friendly and professional. He also answered more questions I had. I didn't watch over his shoulder as he worked, but he seemed to do a thorough job! There is a slight, but pleasant scent afterwards. I am pleased with the overall experience!

Consistency....each time I have used your services, I have been very satisfied. I was especially pleased recently when your technician, Doramus B, was able to remove residual stains. I also like the feel of the carpet after cleaning; the carpet is free of chemicals/shampoos.
