I am very pleased with Zerorez! I own a commercial cleaning service and I had to sub out the carpet care for some of my commercial clients to them. Zerorez has been very accommodating and punctual in my dealings with them. More specifically, Summer and Stephanie have been a pleasure to work with in terms of my scheduling and information requests. The products used get the carpet cleaned. The smell of the products is not too strong, which is very important to me since strong smelling solutions cause me problems. The process of also allows the carpets to dry quickly.

I want to say what an outstanding job Elvin did with our carpets!! I had a previously scheduled cleaning due to pet odor. After the technician left I could still smell a pet odor and was very disappointed. Also there were several spots the technician said he could not get out. Fast forward a few weeks to my having to call you guys back out due to some stains left behind by a painter. I told Elvin about my previous experience and he did such a fantastic job!! He treated for pet odor/stains for me.The pet odor was gone and he got ALL the stains out the previous tech could not!! Kudos to Elvin!!! When you ask if I would recommend your services my answer would be yes if I can get Elvin each time!!
The technician was awesome! He took me through the entire process explained things and even got an up sale out of it. The service was awesome and my 20+ year old carpet looks new again. The tile service was great too!
We were on the verge of replacing our very carpet at the office and tried having them cleaned first. Everybody at the office was amazed when they came in on Monday morning because in addition to looking and smelling better, most of the grease, dirt and coffee stains came out completely. Having them cleaned by zerorez saved us from the trouble and expense of new carpet!
