We had our carpets cleaned last year by a different company before moving into our new home, but some of the high traffic area stains remained. We just had our carpets cleaned almost a year later using Zerorez and are amazed. We have toddler grandchildren here all the time and two pets. There were pet stains, food stains, and traffic stains throughout the house. They sprayed the carpets before cleaning and the stains are gone. They didn't come back after drying either. They are amazing and our technician was wonderful. He did a great job! We will definitely recommend Zerorez to our friends and family.

The Zerorez representative arrived at my home within the time framed that was given. He introduced himself. He was professional. He was friendly, courteous and enthusiastic about his work/product. He examined my carpet condition and advised me on what he recommended for deep cleaning. He bought his equipment in and started working in the designated area while I resumed my work in the family room. He was quick, thorough and when he finished, my carpet looked amazing. I had used Zerorez before using again on June 16th. I hesitated in booking again, but I am glad I did. Tarae did a beautiful job on my carpets. I am very pleased.
