I liked that the scheduling was very easy and convenient. I liked the courtesy of the young man that cleaned the carpet. I always enjoyed the chemical free products that are used. I was very pleased with how well the 25 year old carpets came out especially all the stairs. I would give a score of 10 if I only got the carpets cleaned. I gave a 9 because I requested that a bathroom tile wall be cleaned. The grout didn't get cleaned as I expected but I did only request that the tile be cleaned.

Chad was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable about the products, service, and pricing. Chad evaluated the carpets, adjusted the cost and informed of us the final price before doing the work. He did a great job with out carpets, including all the stains and spills from the 3 kids and 2 dogs we have.

Lukas arrived during the 3 hour service window and also called when he was on his way which helped since we had just moved out and had a very busy schedule.
