Your tech Ray was very nice, professional and did not try to talk me into things I did not need. He did share the many services available but was not pushy.
Sara was very nice & did a great job! I would like to suggest you put down a drop cloth or something under a chair when you are cleaning it. The natural orange overspray has to be scrubbed off the wood floor. The carpet looks & smells wonderful! Thank you!

The products work! There’s no harsh chemical smell and the technicians are professional and friendly. They were able to remove 95% of the set in stains. The remaining stains are very faint and not easily noticed.

The technician was very good. She walked the rooms, gave me the price upfront, asked if I wanted to add on a hallway, and then took pictures of problem areas before and after. The twenty year old carpets came back to life!
