I've used Zerorez on multiple occasions, cleaning the same carpets. Overall, the end result ends up better than I expected. The technicians are always very nice, professionals, representing the brand in a positive manner.
They were also very flexible on the charges per sq/ft relative to what work I actually needed done.
My only surprise and disappointment was the cost quoted for doing our "L" shaped sectional. There really isn't anything hard or difficult about using the machine on the seating portion. I felt that the $350 quote from our tech was used more as a deterrent than a vehicle to drive additional business. There are very few sofas that are THAT difficult to run the hand attachments over.

I didn’t know what to expect from an air duct cleaning- but Freddy put me at ease. He went to work to get too many years worth of dust out- and honestly it has made such a difference already. The air ducts are shiny! The air feels CLEAN! Very pleased!!
