We particularly liked the technician you sent out. Very professional and respectful. In addition, he definitely worked hard and did a fantastic job.

Only thing we were not thrilled about was the change of cost. I do not remember being told about extra charges for getting bacteria out of the carpet or spot cleaning for problem areas. That part should have been handled very differently. But in the end, the job was done to our standards.

I almost can't believe what a difference Zerorez made in our carpets. Between our 3 cats, dog, and teenager our carpets and couches have taken a beating, especially with the lockdown. Ali from Zerorez came in and got everything cleaned up, looking SO much better than it had.

I do not recall the gentleman's name that cleaned my carpet on 6-29-2020. He gave it to me but I forgot it. Anyway he was very professional and did a fantastic job.He was friendly and did not
waste any time doing his job. I will recommend Zerorez anyone who needs carpet cleaning. Thanks. I will call again in the future.
