Good communication from the support team regarding appointment schedule. Team members arrived on time, explained what they were doing and provided very good service. I do wish Zerorez provided better pricing for cleaning of small door mats as price quoted was quite high. This is something i now will have to do myself.

The cleaning solution used to clean the carpets is a step (or two) above what other companies use. Once the carpets fully dry, they are not as 'crunchy' as with other hot water extraction carpet cleaning solutions. Plus, the carpets remain looking clean days after the cleaning has taken place (something that is not always experienced with other cleaning solutions).

Scheduling online was easy. I was contacted throughout the process to ensure everything was on track and given an estimate for services. Technician contacted me before arrival and was on time. Very courteous and personable. We did a walk-through of the carpet that needed cleaning. We discussed additional services after the walk-through and another estimate was given. Carpet was thoroughly cleaned and looks wonderful. If I ever need more cleaning done in the future, I will contact Zerorez again. Thank you.

The products worked great.

The service was great. We have an elderly population (85+) and the technician was very courteous and patient with our residents. The technician was very thorough and took pride in his job performance and truly wanted to do a good job. He worked on some stains several times to be sure he got the stains removed as best they could be removed. He did a great job!
