I have been using Zerorez for many years and love their services. They are always willing to add on a service at the time of the appointment, which is great because I always forget something that needs cleaned. The carpets always look great and I feel that they try hard to satisfy my needs. I could not believe the change in the carpet.
No odor, no heavy perfumes, dried quickly, I could walk on it as soon as done; damp but not spongy. I was totally amazed.

This is a rental house, old carpet, nothing fancy, but it looks so good now. Will definitely use this company when it's time to clean again.

They were easy to schedule, the technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I like the concept of not using chemicals/shampoos on the carpets because with no residue they should stay clean longer. My carpets look like new. I have two rooms off looped Berber carpets and they are not easy to clean with a home machine and they now look like new. I am VERY satisfied with the results.
