The spots out of the carpet along with the cleaning. The chemicals didn't stink and the carpet didn't feel wet. It did dry in 4 to 5 hours. Also, my technician, Mike, called to let me know he was running a bit late. I appreciated that even though it was only 15 minutes

The carpet looks great. The was even a spot that I was slightly concerned about and forgot to mention it to the tech. He actually got it looking quite good.
