Quick but thorough cleaning; knowledgeable about stains and how to remove them
The products work! There’s no harsh chemical smell and the technicians are professional and friendly. They were able to remove 95% of the set in stains. The remaining stains are very faint and not easily noticed.

Technician was a hard worker. He tried to remove even the most stubborn stain.
Aaron was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Even though it was late afternoon, he was very methodical and spent the time necessary to do an outstanding job. He was able to clean some spots that previous cleaner (Stanley Steamer) had not been able to clean. We will definitely continue to use Zerorez as our carpet cleaner. Price was higher but quality was great.

The personnel are always friendly and go out of their way to help. I have used Zerorez 3 times now and their service is always excellent. This past time I had them clean my mother's carpet in her apartment and her dog had urinated in the apartment and they went above and beyond their commitment to me. I appreciate that they called to inform me of the additional expense. I would highly recommend them to clean your carpets or any other areas in your home. The house smelled so clean after the carpets and couches were cleaned. My upstairs carpet is 43 years old, and it looks new again. it felt so soft, instead of stiff and sticky like it does when other carpet cleaning companies clean it. The carpet in my living room is 15 years old, and it looked like the day it was installed. The technician was polite and respectful of our furniture and possessions. He arrived on time, and he spent extra time trying to get really old stains out of the upstairs carpets. I would highly recommend this company's services, both the carpet cleaning and the cleaning the sofa and love seat. He got the stains out of the sofa and the love seat. I was really excited with the results. It was well worth the money!
