The technician cleaning my carpet was named LUCAS and he did a great job! The carpets look brand-new again! He took his time explaining the various treatments available and I appreciate his knowledge and incredibly friendly demeanor. I've had carpet cleaners before that were not nearly as friendly and kind but that was not a problem at all this time. I will definitely use ZeroRez again because of the great customer service and cleaning that LUCAS provided!

I like how quick and efficient your tech was. He was very kind and diligent with the process. My entire family was pleased by his work and how great my carpets looked. He explained to me what he was doing and the purpose behind it ( I wasn't aware of the meaning of the company name which he shared). It was just an overall pleasant experience and interaction. When he completed his work he explained to me the time table for the floors to dry and shared some safety tips going between the tile and carpet. Ali Mustapha was truly awesome and kind and I was so grateful for his assistance.
