We were looking for a carpet cleaning company that could clean our carpets and be mindful of our needs and budget. We chose Zerorez because of the numerous 4+ star reviews on google and Facebook. I was not too familiar with their cleaning methods, but after doing a little research, we decided to schedule a service. Since it was Sunday, we used their user-friendly website to book it. We did the 5 room+ a hallway deal for $199. Our master bedroom is larger than the 14x14 (200 sq ft) so it was an additional $25 which was reasonable. They have a mandatory $15 service charge bringing the total to just a little over $200. We got an email confirmation the next day and by Tuesday, the tech arrived. We were given a 3hr window between 12-3pm and Doramus was calling just before noon to say he was 15 minutes away. I definitely appreciate the punctuality which shows they value my time as much as theirs.

Doramus was very friendly and professional. He took his time with each room and left our carpets looking like new. He was also patient as we moved the furniture to big to remove from the rooms so he could get those spots.

We scheduled this cleaning during the covid-19 pandemic since we were gonna be stuck inside for an undetermined amount of time and we wanted our carpets to be clean while we spend time at home. We requested that Doramus wear a brand new face mask that we provided him and he was willing to wear it the entire time. He already normally wears gloves and foot coverings, but appreciated his willingness to wear the extra PPE. We would definitely recommend Zerorez.

I had the best experience with zerorez! The previous owner had coffee stains on a beige carpet that were 2+ years old, and zerorez got them all out, and the carpet looks brand new. The service provided by zerorez was truly outstanding!
