Techs are always friendly and do a great job!

Great experience! After the initial treatment a lot of stains came up as the carpets dried- Zerorez came back to fix it for free and for got the remaining stains out in less than an hour! Would definitely recommend

The original technician was polite, helpful informative and did an excellent job. Unfortunately there was one problem regarding how wood furniture on the damp carpet might leave a stain - and this is what did happen which I discovered as I moved furniture the following morning. I do not blame the technician. She and I actually did mention this piece of furniture and we both felt it would be fine. Another technician came that afternoon and spot cleaned the area in just ten minutes and all is fine. Things like this happen.
My only real complaint is that when I called about it the following morning, I was told that you were completely booked up and no one could come to deal with the stain until the following Tuesday (four days later). I was annoyed and said so but was told there was nothing to be done except make a note in case something opened up. After hanging up I thought about it and felt this was unacceptable. You had committed to this job on Friday and it was not completed. Completing my job should take precedence over any new jobs. When I called back and said this, the scheduler was called and I was fit in during the day. This is what should have happened in the first place. That should be a standard policy of the company. In the hopes that you make this policy change (if a customer has a problem, fixing it is first priority) I am very happy to recommend your company. Both technicians were helpful courteous and professional. In addition, they were both pleasant - which does not always happen in other companies. Thank you,
