Service was easy to schedule. They send reminders and the service person called prior to his appointment to let me know he was on the way.
Service was fast but thorough. The serviceman was very respectful, friendly and provided info regarding the Zerorez cleaning when I asked. He was mindful of keeping areas clean and safe. (water/slipping hazards, for example). He provided thorough instructions for carpet use upon completion of the cleaning.
