I have been using Zerorez for many years and love their services. They are always willing to add on a service at the time of the appointment, which is great because I always forget something that needs cleaned. They were easy to schedule, the technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I like the concept of not using chemicals/shampoos on the carpets because with no residue they should stay clean longer. My carpets look like new. I have two rooms off looped Berber carpets and they are not easy to clean with a home machine and they now look like new. I am VERY satisfied with the results.
