Zerorez came out on Monday. It was raining. Fred did an amazing job. He went over the trouble spots to ensure the best results, They were polite and pleasant. They wore booties inside the home. I would use this service again

The overall process is superior to the traditional steam clean. It is very effective on the entire surface, including heavy traffic area. Especially the reduced amount of water used and the high level of extraction. I am sure this process has to be better on the carpet and help prolong life.
As for service, all representative have been very professional. My service 1/14 was the best I have received. Rep was Tevin G.
