I liked the person whom did the job of cleaning my carpet.I believe his name was Joey. He was very very good. I do not remember names that well, but the young man I had did a better job than I have ever had before . I have had you clean my carpets in the past. He was a very hard worker and was so nice. Worked hard to get stain out of carpet. Did a fine JOB!!!

This was the first time we ever outsourced steam cleaning our carpets....and it will be the way we do it in the future with Zerorez. They were easy to work with, results are 10 out of 10 and we will definitely be doing this once a year going forward since it was pretty painless. My carpets look amazing!!

The employees providing the service were very nice, coordinated the working together well, did a great job. The carpet looked and smelled clean and passed the vacuum test post-cleaning.

According to my mother, I wasn't there, but the customer service was superb, they arrived on time (early even), and they did a fantastic job on her floors. Very pleased!
