The tech was on time, and went right to work. Wow! The carpets look fantastic... if you're not familiar with carpet services, expect the carpet to be damp. This is normal, dried fast and beautiful! Thanks guys! We will use you again, fair prices and we enjoyed the discounts! As a reference... we have a 1400sq ft towhouse, carpeted landing with stairs up to the 2nd floor, all carpeted, 3 rooms and carpeted walkin closets.

I like that soap or detergent type solutions are not used. The service was quick, thorough and very reasonable. And the best part was Joel, the technician. Very personable, professional and concerned. I cannot remember having such great service from such a caring and professional individual.
