The whole scheduling process is easy and the employees are pleasant. We were notified the day before of a window of time for their arrival and then received a phone call when they were on the way. Joel was very considerate and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We like that there are no chemicals so thus there is no odor. Best of all - our carpet looks GREAT!
