Ray was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered all my questions, explained everything he was going to be doing and gave me no pressure options on certain cleaning situations. Rugs look great! I am waiting on my oriental rug to come back with hopes that I am just as pleased with its cleaning (that Ray was in charge of doing himself) and the new replacement pad.
