I have been suffering with respitory issues lately. I was concerned about the chemicals associated with carpet cleaning. That smell could have meant that I would have to leave my home for a while.The technician explained each step prior to and as he cleaned. He was knowledgeable and considerate. I had no breathing problems because of the cleaning.

Zerorez made the process of getting our carpets clean very simple. We just made sure the rooms were cleared and vacuumed. They came in and it only took them about 45 minutes to clean three rooms and we were able to put our furniture back on the same day. You couldn't beat the price either. We were very pleased with the service!

I've been wondering about your service as I hear commercials on 680am. I've always cleaned our own carpets with our cleaner that has brushes to scrub carpet, but uses chemicals. I think the gentleman did a good job and was careful with the walls and furniture that was not moved. I hope that since chemicals were not used so much that the carpet stays cleaner longer. the price was right. I would like to see a smaller handheld tool used to clean the stairs better though, especially where the carpet wraps around to the edge.
