I was very pleased with the end result of my first experience with Zerorez. I had sheet-rock dust from a kitchen installation and needed quick cleaning. I got it. My Technician was pleasant and thorough, on-time and efficient. When he left, the dust odor was gone. My old carpet still had worn paths, but even those looked better. All smelled clean again and I am very grateful.

I am not happy with the extra fees we paid for pet "bio" treatment. We have pets, so we did agree to pay the extra $75 for the "bio" treatment, and the extra $15 for water disposal (not sure how the "bio" treatment requires a different kind of water disposal). Even though I scheduled the cleaning of THREE rooms, I was only quoted for ONE $75 "bio" treatment. When the technician arrived, we were informed that we needed to pay another $75 since we only scheduled the bio treatment for ONE ROOM.
We should have been informed up front that the pet "bio" treatment is $75 per room. I thought $75 overall was quite expensive, but I did agree to that. The extra tacked on fee was an unpleasant surprise.
We do love the condition of the carpets at this time, but the price may prohibit us from using this service again.

I've used Zerorez twice and they've never let me down. They estimate accurately, keep me informed on scheduling and logistics, don't "up-sell" too much on site, and always deliver a great end. I'd recommend them anytime.

A very professional technician who went strait to work. He was very officiant and did a great job cleaning all the rooms and stairs in the house. It looked great after the tech finished and the carpet didn't take very long for the carpet to dry. Overall we were very pleased with the service that we received and I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.
