Never have I had such courteous service with a carpet cleaning company as Zero Rez! The carpets came out so clean and the technician was so thoughtful in discussing all areas in question making sure I was pleased at every step.. I was amazed at the job well done! It was the perfect way to begin the year. It had been a long week and getting to pray with the technician at the end for the New Year ahead made my day!

The rep from Zerorez showed up promptly as scheduled. He used a special light to show me all the places the previous owner's dog had peed on the carpet. Gross! So he treated the areas (all the stairs, the hallway and bedrooms). Then cleaned the carpet and sprayed a treatment on it to resist future stains. He reviewed all charges as we went along. The service was well worth it! I had no idea how dirty the carpet was. My house smells fresh and I slept soundly last night with no allergy symptoms. Yahoo!

The technician was very friendly and he was in and out in 45 minutes. He did a fabulous job and was able to get all the tough stains out of our carpet from a previous senior foster dog. He made a great recommendation for a bio topical treatment which was more expensive but got the job done. I would highly recommend this company especially if you have pets. I will definitely use them again!
