efficient, very clean and professional. Ray Smith is the best, awesome service professional. My only issue is that the appointment was scheduled between noon and 3, and the appointment didn't start until 3. I know some delays are unavoidable, but as I'm packing and staging my house, all the time to get stuff done (including in this case running errands away from home) are very important.
