I like that soap or detergent type solutions are not used. The service was quick, thorough and very reasonable. And the best part was Joel, the technician. Very personable, professional and concerned. I cannot remember having such great service from such a caring and professional individual.

All went great as planned. The talented employee showed up before his arrival time so that was a plus. He knew his work details and I could determine that he was well trained in the correct way to clean and to protect our carpet. He couldn't done a better job and he spoke very highly about Zerorez and the great service that they provide. Our 10 year old carpet (off white) looks almost new now that he completed the cleaning!! I would recommend this service and they provided me with a very fair price and nice smelling house once the task was completed.
