I appreciated the information given to me prior to discussing treatment and pricing. The dirtiest part of the carpet is completely clean, as well as the majority of the area. Only two small stains came back up out of at least 10.

No chemicals, carpet did not take long to dry, no smell, awesome customer service and QUICK!!

Always on Time, Professional and Excellent Cleanings. Had a service done on 09-03-19 by Your Technician "Owen" and he did Fantastic job on the carpets that were really dirty and stain, they look like new. I will have the kitchen tile floor and bathroom done in December and I'm requesting that he returns for that job. He needs to have some business cards.

I had my 15 year old sofa cleaned for the first time. The technician was very nice and explained everything to me before he started. He seemed pretty efficient and was finished in about 40 minutes.

I do believe the service was a bit pricey ($137 plus waste water disposal fee of $15) considering I could have gotten three rooms of carpet cleaned for only $99.

Sofa looks pretty good except for some continuing dark areas in the center of the seat cushions.

The service was comprehensive and quick. The carpet is 13 years old and looks new. Thank you, Bill.
