He took the time to walk the space I needed him to clean to include our couch and listen to my areas of concern. He then took his time and really worked on the hard to clean areas. When he left my carpets looked and smelled cleaner.

It smells clean
Rep was knowledgeable and efficient, told us the dry time would be between 4-6 hrs. Cleaning was finished around 12:30 pm. We ran fans and a dehumidifier all night and some areas of the carpet were still not dry after 24 hrs.
Carpets have a fresh clean look and smell. Doesn’t stay wet but a few hours. Technicians are always professional and friendly.
