Prompt, swift...love knowing my carpets are really clean.

The gentleman was extremely nice. I had 3 area rugs to clean. One 8x10 and two 5x7. It took him 15 minutes from start to finish (I had pulled them all in the same room.) my only complaint would be the price. It was $104 for 3 rugs. I feel as if that was a lot for 15 minutes of cleaning. And 15 mint from getting hose out of truck to putting it back in. Not 15 minutes of cleaning. But besides the price ever was great.

Great customer service. Super friendly and personable. My carpets look brand new and smell so much better. I appreciate being given realistic expectations of cleaning pet accidents, but the results far exceeded my expectations. The carpet was slimy with soapy residue and dried within the noted timeframe. Would 100% recommend Zerorez to others and will be a repeat customer. Looking forward to trying out the tile cleaning service in my bathrooms as well because I know they will do a fantastic job.
