It was easy to schedule an appointment, I received confirmation and the guys called on their way to my home. The gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly too. They were well-spoken and explained what and how they were going to do the job. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They answered all of my questions and even explained some other services based on my needs. They documented the plan of work and provided me a receipt. Despite the challenge of my furniture's age, they did a great job of cleaning it. Zerorez exceeded my expectations and I would whole-heartedly recommend Zerorez for everyone's cleaning needs.
