The service was great. We have an elderly population (85+) and the technician was very courteous and patient with our residents. The technician was very thorough and took pride in his job performance and truly wanted to do a good job. He worked on some stains several times to be sure he got the stains removed as best they could be removed. He did a great job!

Showed up early, knowledgeable, and professional! We appreciate that 🙂

Really, really like the attention to scheduler's staying in contact throughout the entire process of making appointment, keeping appointment and finishing the job. The carpet cleaning including the identification of prior owner's pet's stains was very helpful to treat areas that were not visible to us. Thank you.

The from the initial phone call to completing this survey, I was pleased with the service. The receptionist who set up my appointment was very friendly and explained the services and prices thoroughly. Doramus, the service tech, was a pleasure from his entrance of the home to his exit. He explained and reconfirmed the contracted services and politely offered additional services for my determination with no pressure.
I will be calling 0rez for my next cleaning.
