I was absolutely impressed with Zerorez Raleigh. I reached out for scheduling on their website and was able to schedule a 3 room carpet clean the same week. A window between 10am-2pm was given and reminder text and email were sent during the week prior. The technician arrived, agreed upon expectations with me and explained everything that he would be doing. We had 2-3 stains per room and they came completely clean. The carpets could easily pass for being brand new. The technician was professional and respectful of our home. He let us know how long the job would take and was in and out quickly. 10/10 would recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning needs!
