Kwame was a total professional. Arrived within the time window, introduced himself, and was wearing a mask which I greatly appreciated. He did a walk through validating the service I requested and did not try and sell me on additional services needed nor wanted. He was here to deliver a service and did just that. My carpet was well cleaned with follow up instructions provided. I will use over and over again instead of wasting my time with other cleaners who lure you with low pricing and upon arrival you find out that there are undisclosed costs. Thanks Zerorez!
