The service was great, the solution used to clean the carpet was good. In some part of my home the carpet is old, over 19 years old, but after the cleaning it looks so much better. The person, Joel did a wonderful job. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

The technician cleaning my carpet was named LUCAS and he did a great job! The carpets look brand-new again! He took his time explaining the various treatments available and I appreciate his knowledge and incredibly friendly demeanor. I've had carpet cleaners before that were not nearly as friendly and kind but that was not a problem at all this time. I will definitely use ZeroRez again because of the great customer service and cleaning that LUCAS provided!
