Freddie was my technician and he did an excellent job cleaning my two accent chairs. One chair had a stain that I knew that on one could get it out but Zero Rez. I was well pleased!! Freddie was great!

I had rather complete a survey that asks questions....not a narrative from me. I did complete the Facebook request. But I will do it this time for the technician....he was very nice and courteous. Did what he could do to work with a HVAC system that was not normal and I appreciate that he thought outside of the box. Wore a mask and booties which I appreciated very much.

There was a little mix up with the key not being outside when my technician came! He was extremely patient and did a fabulous job!

Lukas did a thorough job cleaning our carpet. He was friendly and very professional. He explained the process before he started cleaning our carpet, and told us the product Zerorez uses is organic and pet friendly.
