Freddy Cruz was our technician and I can't say enough glowing words about him. He was prompt -- he called to let us know he was 18 minutes away and arrived sooner than that. He was incredibly polite, and also had a great sense of humor. He was professional, thorough and experienced, and very careful with our furniture and carpets. The appointment was made easily and you were able to schedule us within just a week.
