The cleaning was great as usual. My only complaint was the "booties" he wore needed to be replaced--had many openings on the soles. I suggested to him to put on new ones but he didn't. Thus he did track in some trash. There were a few spots he did not clean good in the family room.
Your technician Quinton, who serviced my carpet was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and did a fantastic job on my carpet. The products used were super effective. They did not have a detergent or chemical smell but they did an amazing job cleaning my carpet.
