Fred was pleasant, courteous during his visit wearing a face mask and protecting wood floors, cautioning me about transitioning from carpet to prevent slipping until carpet was fully dry.
The representative who cleaned our carpet was very nice and explained our options. Overall he did a great job. We added some extra services and it cost double than what I was expecting to spend. I hope it was worth it but not sure.

The Techanican was on time. He and I discussed the complete job before he started. I had gotten a over the phone quote from his office. The rooms I needed cleaned was larger than their normal size so my quote was alittle more As I said we discussed the details so I knew what the cost was before he got any equipment out of his truck. Once he started he worked as professional as you would expect. Followed all the cdc guidelines for convid-19

Quinton W was our tech. He was very professional and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. So attentive to our needs. He did an outstanding job. Our 30 year old carpets look amazing. I am planning mor cleaning in the fall and will definitely schedule with Zerorez and definitely request Quinton.
